The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has committed $3.7 million on Seattle-area COVID-19 response. Of this, $1 million will go to Public Health – Seattle & King County to help the agency release timely and accurate information. Other items this contribution would support include the Seattle Foundation’s COVID-19 response fund, the Community Foundation of Snohomish County, the Great Tacoma Community Foundation, the Innovia Foundation, the Yakima Valley Community Foundation, and Philanthropy Northwest.
