SUMMARY:7 Week Animal Sculpture
DESCRIPTION:Explore creating animals through sculpture. Beginning with small maquettes\, we’ll study a variety of techniques for both wall pieces and free-standing sculptures. Bring your imagination; animal forms can be personal\, mythical or fanciful. \nYou will apply various hand-building techniques to form clay\, including: pinch\, slab\, coil building and carving. Students will also have the opportunity to build functional ware for their furry friends.
