Participants complete a series of workouts over several weeks\, testing various aspects of fitness. It’s inclusive\, with workouts scalable for different abilities. The event fosters community spirit\, with participants supporting each other in gyms worldwide. Rankings are posted online\, and top performers may advance to higher levels of competition\, like the CrossFit Semifinals and Games. It’s a celebration of fitness\, camaraderie\, and personal achievement.
