Kick Off the Holiday Season at Magnolia Winterfest!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 5 and join us for Magnolia Winterfest, our beloved annual community holiday kickoff! This family-friendly tradition brings together neighbors, local businesses, and holiday cheer for a full day of festive fun throughout Magnolia.

Winterfest features many favorite traditions, including free photos with Santa, the community tree lighting, and the always-popular Jingle Bell Car Show and Cruise. Children can enjoy holiday-themed activities hosted throughout Magnolia businesses, while visitors of all ages take in the sounds of live carolers, Ballard High School bands, and live music performances at Serendipity and The Village Pub.

Looking for some holiday shopping? Many local merchants will offer extended shopping hours until 8:00 p.m., making it easy to find unique gifts while supporting Magnolia’s small businesses. Along the way, enjoy the neighborhood’s many great options for food, drinks, and seasonal treats.

Winterfest also brings together several meaningful community events:

• The Lloyd Nordstrom Guild Holiday Market, raising funds for Seattle Children’s Hospital and its Families in Need Fund.
• The annual Toys for Tots Drive hosted at the Magnolia Fire Station.
• The Magnolia Farmers Holiday Market, open from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
