We are the oldest and largest cooperative preschool in the state of Washington, celebrating over 80 years of serving kids, families, and our community. At Magnolia Co-op we aspire to further the education of parents and caregivers in the principles of early childhood education while providing a cooperative preschool experience for children. We focus on social and emotional development of the child through a curriculum grounded in creative and cooperative play.
Ivy Blossom Preschool provides a safe and creative atmosphere, where every child feels nurtured, heard and acknowledged. It is our objective to encourage eco-friendly habits, age-appropriate self-care, and positive self-image, while supplying the tools for social and academic success.
Lemon Door Playschool is a nurturing and safe environment. Your child will feel respected, loved and secure at Lemon Door. This environment we provide will allow social and emotional growth. Our aim is to develop a love of learning through play and to elicit a desire for exploration and discovery.
This is an exciting stage in your child’s early education, and our talented team of educators are here to inspire learning, encourage confidence, and nurture your child’s growth and development. Our World at Their Fingertips curriculum features an arts program that sparks creativity, a language program that fosters an interest in reading, a science program that stimulates curiosity, and more.
Kaleidoscope School, founded in 1996, is a high quality, well established small school in Magnolia. Currently, we offer Part Time Preschool Programs for children aged 2-5, After School Care for kids attending Magnolia ES and Blaine K-8, and an Elementary School currently serving kids Kindergarten through Second Grade. We will be adding one grade per year until we are a K-5.
We believe in the power of positive relationships to foster learning, and seek to know and support each child in a way that is “just right” for them.
