Ice Bath Experience: Take a plunge into an exhilarating ice bath, where the cold will help reduce inflammation, boost recovery, and enhance mental resilience. Ice baths can be difficult and intimidating, but we will be there to support and cheer you on!
Infrared Sauna Access: Relax and unwind in our state-of-the-art infrared saunas, where deep heat therapy helps to detoxify, reduce tension, and promote overall wellness. Alternating between hot and cold, also known as contrast therapy, is one of the best ways to clear toxins and inflammation from the body.
