Western Pioneer is a family owned and operated investment company established in 1972. The company has engaged in a variety of businesses, mostly in Alaska, including shipping, fuel distribution, retail stores, and various real estate holdings. While the Alaska real estate investments continue to provide a foundation, the company has branched out with investments in Seattle area mini apartments, a genetic testing company, Puget Sound area self-storages, and a high tech flat panel antenna company. The company is beginning the transition into its third generation of company leadership and management.
